Hide the words with the "input command"

Hi,

My version of SQR is:
SQR/3.0.12.2/Intel/SysVrel4  /Sybase 10.0.1/Jan 03 1996

I want to hide the letters input with the input command (echo off),e.j.:

"Enter the pasword ":   xxxxxx
^                      input the password, it isn't visible

Prompt of the input command

How I do???
