Oracle 8 Drivers

I am wondering if anyone can help.

I am using SQR workbench V.4.02. I have also just upgraded to Oracle Client
8.1.5 running on Windows 2000.

Does anyone know where I can find drivers for Oracle 8i for SQR as the
Oracle 7 driver is failing with an error message of:

"The setup routines for the SQR ODBC Driver for Oracle7 ODBC driver could
not be loaded due to system error code 1114"

Is this a Windows 2000 issue or an Oracle 8i issue.
