Argument File - not reading all the inputs

There are days that I wonder why I agreed to do this :-)

The earlier problems have been resolved due to help from all of you.
 1.) Too many items in the command line
 2.) Single quote, instead of double...

The only way I can get this to work is with an argument file. This isn't
working according to the book either. I could not get the SQRW to pickup the
report name from the argument file - Oh well - work around it...Now I can
only get the first 2 (of a total of three) arguments to pass.

Argument file only contains three lines:
03/11/2000
03/25/2000
81

Funny how the easier ones end up taking the longest time....
