hmmmmm, I guess they forgot to update the manual :-)
My 4.3.2 documentation for SQR(W)P says:
"Using the -PRINTER command line flag you specify the type of printer for which
this file is being prepared. The options are Line Printer, HP LaserJet, HTML,
PostScript, and Windows. " Then later, when listing the SQR Print Command-Line
Flags, specifies:
-PRINTER:xx Causes printer type xx to be used when creating all .LIS files.

Printer Type Example
LP Line Printer -PRINTER:LP
HP HP LaserJet -PRINTER:HP
HT HTML -PRINTER:HT
PS PostScript -PRINTER:PS
WP Windows -PRINTER:WP

According to my records, the -printer:eh and -eh:csv were both introduced
in version 4.3.1 of SQR, so yes, CSV *is* an output option in 4.3.2.
