Problems with running SQR's against SQL Base...

Dear SQR Users,
My colleague & I have installed a single user SQLBase on his PC.
This installation is a Windows/NT installation. We has also been able to
install SQR Workbench on the same PC. My colleague's PC has a Windows 95 OS.

When trying to run a program [SQR Report], after the necessary
parameters such as username, password & database name, have been entered, we
are running into a couple of problems.

An error message pops up on the screen stating the "SQLWSV" library
could not be found and it will try to continue without it. A minute or two
later, the SQRW returns two messages, "Cannot logon to the database"
followed by "Program Aborting".

The SQRDIR variable has been set correctly. The SQR.INI file has the
default values. The WIN.INI {in Windows directory} does not have any
parameters associated with SQR. The SQL.INI file has the necessary
parameters required to log us into the database using SQLTalk. In fact, we
do have the required library but it seems like SQRW is not finding it.

We think that the SQR doesn't run because of a missing piece or two,
in the path settings. If it doesn't have to do with the path setting, is
there something else that we can look for ? We would like to know what we
need to do so that we can run the desired reports.

I would really appreciate any assistance or direction that you give
us. Thanks for your time & patience.

Sincerely,
Krishnan
