TAX910PR.SQR creating 8 1/2 x 14 W-2's

I am trying to alter the Tax910.PR to create a fold and seal 8 1/2 x 14 W-2.
Currently we produce 8 1/2 x 11 w-2 that are stuffed in an addressed
envelope for mailing.  Has anyone successfully achieved this.  I tried to
adjust the page size to 85 by 131 but when i did this it automatically added
spacing in to take up this extra room.  Now the fields are no longer in the
proper place on the form.  Has anyone successfully implemented this type of
w-2 or do you have any advice for me?
