SQRW flag parameters

Hi!  I think this is a general SQR question, but I am specifically using
PeopleSoft.

Where can you set the parameters on SQRW.EXE?  For example, the SQR flags that
go into the 'Report Arguments' box.  I know that when you create a shortcut, you
can go into Properties and enter them there, but this would be a pain to do for
each user.  It appears that there is a way to set them at the base SQRW.EXE.
When I go into <PS_HOME>\SQRBINW and execute SQRW.EXE, there are entries in
there already.  How did they get there?  I would want to set them on the
original program, so that when the client workstations are installed, they all
get the same set of parameters.

Several people have suggested to me that they are set by the Configuration
Manager Process Scheduler tab, but this is not so.  For one thing, I have
different settings in each (I tried reinstalling to see if SQRW would then pick
up my Cfg Mgr settings, and it did not).  Also, I don't think Cfg Mgr has
anything to do with SQRBINW\SQRW.EXE, other than creating a shortcut for it on
the client, so it would not set the original parameters.  In Configuration &
Administration class, the instructor thought they came from Cfg Mgr, but we made
changes to Cfg Mgr that were not reflected in SQRW - there was no difference.

Someone must know!
