Writing an output file. Help!!!!

Can anyone help me how to use a write-output file to
write data from an SQR to CSV file??  I have developed
an interface to create an output file in the excel
format. This is basically a modified ben003.sqr in
PeopleSoft. I used the write-output procedure. When I
used this procedure just above the SELECT statement in
Main procedure, it retrieves the information twice,
instead of once. If I use the write-output procedure
anywhere else, I get the information reported once,
but I miss retrieving the information of 5-10
employees. I have used 3 on-breaks in my main
procedure, to break on employee id, company and
division. can anybody help me? Thanking you
