Simple SQRW.EXE output direction question

In attempting to pass the -f parameter using SQRW.EXE, I have tried
variations of:

     -fc:\temp\

in an attempt to direct the output .lis file to the temp directory.

This syntax results in the error:

     <SQR 6002> Cannot open the printer file:
     c:\temp\test.sqrc:\sqribe\sqr\ora\binw\test.spf

Obviously, for some reason, the -f is not working as it does using sqr on
unix...
