Christian,
There isn't really a server called an SQR Server.
"SQR Server" refers to the version of SQR that runs
on a non-workstation. You don't set up multiple
"SQR Servers" to increase throughput, although you can
certainly install "SQR Server" on multiple, high-powered
boxes and run your SQRs on them.
If you're having performance trouble with SQR programs,
the usual approach is to:
1) tune the queries in the SQR program so that they
make efficient use of the database, and
2) run the SQR program on the same machine as the
database (or some other machine connected via
high-speed network to the database) to minimize
network traffic between the database and SQR.
