I apologize for being so short in my reply to Sam. After reading his E-mail
again, I see where I was mistaken. I was just having one of those days and
didn't think twice before I fired out my inappropriate reply.

I know its no excuse but I'm sure you can all relate. I will make sure to be
more careful in the future.
