Intermittant Capability to Run Reports on NT

We seem to have a problem with the relationship between Maximo and SQR. I
am sending this problem to both the Maximo and the SQR user groups because I
don't know where the problem resides. Sorry about the redundant emails to
you all who are members of both.
We are currently running Maximo 4.0.1 and SQR 4.3 (Build 22.2) ODBC. Our
database is SQL Server 6.5 and resides on an NT. Our clients run Windows
95. We also use CDLib as a user input interface. Everything runs fine. We
can run all our SQR procedures/reports thru Maximo with no problems.
So, instead of leaving well enough alone we are converting our clients to NT
with Service Pack 6. Now our SQR procedures/reports run intermittently thru
Maximo. Mostly they don't run. The procedures will normally present the
input boxes, when required, but once the user enters their input the system
will almost always return the following error message:
Error on line 999:
(SQR 2905) Cannot open file 'C:\Temp\sqrimp.cdl' AS 932.
(13): Permission denied
The line number (999) is not always the same even when it fails on the same
procedure.
The file sqrimp.cdl is in the Temp directory and the properties show it as
readable and writeable.
According the SQR Language Ref., 932 is the file number of sqrimp.cdl. I
know my ignorance is showing but it is always 932 no matter what machine we
are running this on.
I have had the users run the compiled sqt procedures on the server from
their NT clients outside of Maximo and they run every time.
Maximo seems to work fine in the NT environment.
I am lost. Our network people look thoughtful and then just shrug their
shoulders. I am looking for any suggestions here.
Help!!!!
