SQR interactive internet capabilities

I would like to use SQR to build interactive web sites and would like to see some HTML code examples (links). I have used SQR to write out HTML files, but now I would like to examples of coding queries to the database and displaying the results. I'm looking for something simplier than a PowerBuilder type solution, and I haven't seen anything that the Brio Portal product can deliver on this.
