Either create a file (for this example, assume a name for this file of
"newvals.sqm")  with a new value in it, such as....

 POSITIONS=1800

... (1800 is the default, up it an appropriate number from that) then add
the flag "-Mnewvals.sqm" to your sqr command line.

If you want to change it globally for every sqr that is run, look for the
"[Processing-Limits]" section of the sqr.ini and uncomment the POSITIONS
line and up it from the default.
