why are you using windows?.... UNIX is a far better choice.
 
 
we do this frequently across several different processes. 
 
We use unix.
 
But you should be able to get away with doing the same on windows, if you must.
Just write a script to run pgp activities. we have one pgp script that will 
encrypt or decrypt and accepts input file output file and key identifier 
parameters
