Hi

To cut costs, the college has decided to email letters to students.  We
have .sqr programs that we run to get the data we need and doing a mail
merge and mailing letters to students through the post office.  Is there
anyone, college, university or company sending letters electronically to
the students or to their targeted groups. 

I would appreciate your help and suggestions on this matter.
