The way this is accomplished in PeopleSoft is to create a .ltr file from the
SQR and then have a second step in the job definition that will execute a Word
mail merge process.
Look for the 'Generating Form Letters' section in the Application Fundamentals
for HRMS PeopleBook, which will guide you through the development.

I am trying to generate a word document using SQR. Does anyone have
any suggestions to make this work. I am using SQR for PeopleSoft 8.46.06, I am
running on Oracle 9i. Thank you in advance for your help.
