it should be the return code for the command line for the System you're
calling on.  So check with you windows/unix admins about command line
return codes for whatever machine you're running on.

Can anyone point me to a list of what the various command line return
values mean?

 

We are issuing a CALL command to run SQRP and it is failing.  Debugging
efforts have failed.  Our last clue is the return value of '3'
