If you have the power to alter the SQRs, one idea would be to change them so 
that all but the "master" SQR insert into a results table instead of putting 
out a report.  Then, the master SQR could select all of the results and put 
them all into one PDF.  Might not be the best way (my SQR skills are more in 
interfaces/conversions), but it should work.
