[rm-users] Backup for brio portal

Hi all,

Recently, we are upgrading our server and there's a need to reinstall the 
brio portal and everything again. We have created user groups, configure the 
services and upload a few reports. And after reinstallation, we have to 
recreate all neccessary things and upload the reports again.

1) And I want to know if there is any certain dir in brio portal that we can 
backup and move those dir over after reinstallation. Thus, do not need to 
upload and configure again.

2) We have encountered the following error in web client after the 
reinstallation:
  (SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12514 in cursor 0: ORA-12514: 
TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor (SQR 
4701) Cannot logon to the database. SQR: Program Aborting.

(We have checked the tnsames.ora and it has the same service name)
