Hi,
We are trying to use the following configuration:
DB (Oracle 8.1.6) and SB, NS, RP, ES services are on Sun/Solaris.
The JF, AS, SB and WC on Win2000 (4 cpus, 3BG).
All works fine.
The only problem is that when we Publish 200K HTML file get very bad =
performance.
It take more than 70 seconds and only 5 seconds on the Test PC, with all =
Portal services on it (2 CPUs, 1GB).
If we use files transfer instead of streams it better, but still slow =
(20 seconds).
FTP from the UNIX to Win2000 is very fast (2 seconds). This is 100MB =
lan.
Small files (6K) works ok.
Do you have any idea what can cause this kind of problem ?
What do you recommend to check ?
