[rm-users] Publishing from VSQRibe to Portal

When trying to publish to Portal 6.0 or RM 1.5.1 from VSQRibe 5.0 I get an
error message Remote Login Failed.
Is there something taht has to be confogured to get this to work? We can
publish using VSQRibe 4.3 without any problem.
