We're a relatively new ReportMart site and have come upon several
issues
that we're trying to research and thought that some of you may have
experienced these in your start-up time.

Issue 1: We're receiving the following error: "An error was
	encountered
while attempting to retrieve a data object from the ReportMart.
This
	error
is normally encountered when there is no free disk space on the
machine
hosting WebSQRIBE." But when we look, the directory that the
message
	is
saying is full is not even close to being full. If we stop and
restart
	the
servers, everything is ok for a while. We're trying to determine
	exactly
which directory is filling up and why as we currently have very few
	users on
(we're beginning our parallel test phase). We do not typically stop
and
restart servers here on a frequency greater than once a week.

Issue 2: We received the following error: "No ReportMart Servers
	available
to service this request. Restart: JFCorpus if it is down." The
	servers
were all up, we did nothing and everything seemed ok. But continued
to
	get
this message periodically. Out of not knowing anything else to do,
we
stopped and re-started the servers and didn't receive it for the
	remainder
	of the day.

Issue 3: We're having problems with printing reports. If we run a
	report
that generates 17+ pages (which isn't really very big), when you go
to
print it, it just hangs. If I put in parameters so that the
generated
report is only 4 pages, it prints great.

Issue 4: We're getting time-outs on reports that have been tuned
and
	run
great outside of WebSQRIBE. Are there settings that should be
changed?

Issue 5: Is there any more technical documentation besides the
	ReportMart
Administrator's Guide and the Planning Guide?

I do have more, but don't want to wear out my welcome.

Thanks in advance for any help.
