Yes, we already burst by a field in the header of the page, and then we
can navigate the document with the table of contents generated by SQR.

The problem is that the default HTML file set generated when ReportMart
loads an SPF still puts the entire report into one HTML file (which in
our case was over 100 MB long).  

If you using the -burst:pXX flag on the SQR command line, SQR
automatically splits this huge HTML file into smaller files, and handles
the links between them so that the user doesn't know they are separate
files (except that performance is much better).  But I haven't found any
way to use -burst:pXX when ReportMart loads an SPFSet....
