Q: I ran a program with SQR Version 3 and did not specify either -keep or -nolis. During the running of my program a file with the extension .s01 was present, after the report finished it was gone. Why was this file created.

A: The program either created multiple reports or used the last-page command. In both these cases, an SQR Print File (SPF) is created. If neither -keep or -nolis is used, the SPF file is deleted upon completion of the program.
