Product: SQR Version 2.5.x - Oracle Version 7.1.3

Problem: We have several reports of a problem with running SQR version 2.5.x against Oracle version 7.1.3. The problem was reproduced by selecting null values from a remote table through a database link. However, it is possible to experience the problem without a database link. The error received is: ORA-01002: Fetch out of sequence. The problem is logged with Oracle as bug report # 239128. It will be corrected in version 7.1.5. There is no patch available for version 7.1.3 on any platform.

Action: We recommend that your SQR programs be fully tested when upgrading Oracle. If this problem is encountered, avoid Oracle version 7.1.3 and wait until version 7.1.5 is available on your platform.
